FAQ's

When will I receive my daily exercises?
You will receive your first set of exercises exactly 24 hours after signing up for the challenge. Each subsequent challenge email will arrive in your inbox 24 hours after the previous one. For example, if you sign up for the challenge at 7:00 AM, you will receive each daily email at that time. Please note, emails will be sent over the weekend, so please pay close attention to your inbox.
I signed up and haven't received any emails. What do I do?
